During my stay at this hotel, I was impressed by the cleanliness and facilities provided. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel has great transportation options, with golf carts available to quickly transport guests around the premises. They also have an E-Butler service which provides 24/7 assistance through WhatsApp. I enjoyed breakfast while enjoying picturesque views of the beach. Additionally, the hotel will be opening a second restaurant soon, which will be a great addition to the main Uluwatu restaurants.

The rooms are outstanding with intricate touches of modern and Indonesian design and high-end technology. The personalized e-butler WhatsApp service provides quick and seamless assistance, and the breakfast is unforgettable with a plethora of high-quality, mouth-watering dishes. The kids’ club is exceptional and perfect for rainy days. The private pools offer a breathtaking garden view and impeccable privacy.

This hotel far exceeded my high expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the ultra-modern design and spacious layout. The service was impeccable, with every staff member going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was stunning, featuring exclusive amenities such as a luxurious private pool and state-of-the-art entertainment system. The location was also perfect, offering stunning views of the surrounding area. I could not have asked for a better experience.

If I had to mention one minor issue, it would be that the Wi-Fi was inconsistent at times. However, this did not detract from my overall experience at the hotel.

I did encounter a few drawbacks during my stay. the welcome message on the TV in my room had already been changed to the next guest, even though I hadn't checked out yet.

Room technology was impressive with touch screen controllers for AC, lights, and curtains. The breakfast was the highlight of the stay, with many high-quality options and the best omelette ever tasted. The kids club was great, offering indoor play areas for rainy days.
